Eye exams are covered, with an office co-payment, through an employee's health insurance coverage with Fallon Community Health Plan. In addition, employees and immediate family members receive a 15% discount off the purchase of prescription and non-prescription eyeglasses and a 25% discount off a complete contact lens package at our Fallon Clinic Optical Centers. The cost of these services can be deducted from your paycheck over a period of time. |

Tuition assistance is a great benefit for those looking to further their education. Employees scheduled to work 30+ hours per week will be reimbursed 100% of the cost of the college credited course up to $3,000 per school year. Employees who work 20-29 hours per week will be reimbursed 50% up to $1,500 per school year. |
