Financial Analysts/Sr. Financial Analysts utilize appropriate financial, operational and statistical data to identify trends and suggest opportunities in our financial or operational performance. We look for three to five years of directly related financial experience depending on the level of the position. However, in some circumstances we encourage new graduates to apply and are willing to train the right individual.
Accounts Receivable Specialists record deposits for Fallon Clinic and ensure their accuracy. They post deposits to appropriate accounts and enter all cash and checks as well as c.c. deposits into the General Ledger.
Accounts Payable Specialists ensure the expedient processing of invoices, the application of payment schedules to vendors and the accurate coding of invoices to the appropriate cost centers/accounts. This position requires a high level of accuracy and detail.
Administrative Leads are in charge of the non-clinical staff. This position requires a high level of energy, ability to make quick decisions, excellent leadership qualities and good organizational skills. This position is on the front end of customer service and ensures that all non-clinical staff are doing their best to give the patients the service they have trusted Fallon Clinic to provide to them.
PSS (Patient Service Specialist) takes care of the beginning and end of the appointment process for the patient. This position is vital to giving the patient the customer service and treatment they deserve as soon as they walk into one of our clinics. In this role, the PSS greets the patient, verifies insurance in some cases, confirms patient demographics, accepts co-payments (depending on the site) and makes follow-up appointments if necessary. These are just some of the important responsibilities the PSS has to ensure our patients enjoy the best healthcare experience possible. This position requires excellent communication, computer and phone skills and the ability to multi-task.
System Engineers I – V are utilized in different areas within our IT department. Our recent adoption of Epic, an electronic health record system, has created additional positions to assist the department with this new technology. There are also different levels of experience needed depending on the level required for the specific position.
Help Desk Analysts address questions and solve problems, from simple to complex, for employees who utilize our IT and IS systems within Fallon Clinic. These positions require customer service experience and good computer skills. Candidates for these positions should be highly detailed and technically oriented.
