Nursing opportunities offer both hands-on nursing as well as nurse phone triaging. Nurses are provided with extensive training in clinical and non-clinical areas with advancement opportunities for leadership roles. Nurses work in a team environment with physicians, advanced practitioners and medical assistants and get to know their patients on a personal level.
Our nurses typically do not work nights and weekends or carry pagers, which makes working at Fallon Clinic like working in a small private practice but with large company support. All of our nurses are trained using EPIC, an electronic health record system, which is at the forefront of medical records technology. We offer full time, part-time and per diem opportunities for nurses.
