“Modern Healthcare,” a national healthcare magazine, has included Fallon Clinic in its list of the top “100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.”

Early in 2008, “Modern Healthcare” set out to recognize outstanding employers in the healthcare industry on a national level. It called on healthcare providers, suppliers, payers and associations with 25 or more employees to participate in an extensive survey. Only 100 – including Fallon Clinic – earned the distinction of being on the list!
The survey asked administrators for detailed information about company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. It also surveyed a random sampling of employees, asking them an in-depth set of questions in eight core areas: leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction. The complete list will be published in the magazine’s October 27, 2008 issue.
