Fallon Clinic's Randi Nichols Appointed Chair of American Medical Group Association Council
WORCESTER, Mass., July 2008 —Randi Nichols, executive vice president of human resources and operations support services at Fallon Clinic, the largest multi-specialty group practice in Central Massachusetts, has been selected as Chair of the Human Resource (HR) Leadership Council for the American Medical Group Association (AMGA). Nichols has worked with the AMGA on the HR Council for the past three years, previously as Chair-Elect of the Council.
“We are proud that Randi, who has been a highly effective member of Fallon Clinic’s leadership team for years, is now being recognized as a leader of such an important industry group. AMGA will benefit greatly from her skills and enthusiasm,” said Dr. Jack Dutzar, Fallon Clinic CEO.
As HR Council Chair, Nichols will assist the AMGA in providing leadership, organization and continuity to the Council and its members. Nichols will oversee the strategic direction of the Council and will assist in evaluating the content of its programs and activities to ensure the success and longevity of this industry group.

Fallon Clinic and Randi Nichols will be hosting the AMGA’s 2008 Fall HR Council Meeting on September 25-26 at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel in Boston. This two day meeting will include discussions of key industry topics ranging from physician benefits and physician interviewing and selection models to succession planning.
