Good customer service is a vital aspect of any organization. From our doctors, to our nurses, to our support staff, our focus is on making sure your care experience at Fallon Clinic meets or exceeds your expectations each time you need our services.

Fallon Clinic's Customer Service department is also there for you. Our customer service representatives recognize that treating you well means listening to your questions or concerns and dealing with them as effectively as possible. Whether it's helping you choose a new primary care provider, registering your newborn baby and establishing their care with a pediatrician, or helping new patients find the right physician for their needs, our customer service department is available to help our patients get the most from their health care.
