Your primary care physician leads a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants. They may also work in collaboration with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who also provide evaluation, treatment and management of your primary care needs.

Your primary care physician is your partner for health and wellness. He or she performs your medical evaluation, and with your participation sets up and implements a treatment or intervention plan. Throughout your course of treatment, your primary care physician coordinates the input and actions of all the members of the care team to provide the best possible outcome for you.
