From Points North:
Take Route 31 South toward Charlton. At the intersection with Route 20, turn right and follow Route 20 West. About 1/3 of a mile down the road, you will reach a stoplight. At the stoplight, take a left onto Route 169 (Southbridge Road). Fallon Clinic is just down the road on the right (20 Southbridge Road).
From Points South:
Take Route 169 North (Southbridge Road) toward Charlton. Fallon Clinic is located at 20 Southbridge Road, just before the intersection with Route 20. Alternatively, take Route 31 North toward Charlton, then take a left onto Route 20, and another left at the stoplight onto Route 169. Fallon Clinic is just down the road on the right (20 Southbridge Road).
From Points East:
Take Route 20 West toward Charlton. After you pass through the center of town, you will come to a stoplight after a small pond on the right. At the stoplight, take a left onto Route 169 (Southbridge Road). Fallon Clinic is just down the road on the right (20 Southbridge Road).
From Points West:
Take Route 20 East toward Charlton. You will pass a Pontiac/Buick/GMC dealership on the left. About a mile past the dealership you will come to a stoplight. At the stoplight, take a right onto Route 169 (Southbridge Road). Fallon Clinic is just down the road on the right (20 Southbridge Road).
