From Points North:
Take I-190 South until it merges into I-290 East (Shrewsbury/Marlboro). Take I-290 East to Exit 21 (Plantation Street). Drive straight across the street into the parking lot of Fallon Clinic at 630 Plantation Street. Then drive through the parking lot to North Lake Avenue and turn left. Proceed under the I-290 bridge/overpass and take an immediate left into the Fallon Clinic North Lake Avenue parking lot. Fallon Clinic is located next to a National Guard Armory and across the street from Lake Quinsigamond (425 North Lake Avenue).

From Points South:
Take Route 146 North to I-290 East. Take I-290 East to Exit 21 (Plantation Street). Drive straight across the street into the parking lot of Fallon Clinic at 630 Plantation Street. Then drive through the parking lot to North Lake Avenue and turn left. Proceed under the I-290 bridge/overpass and take an immediate left into the Fallon Clinic North Lake Avenue parking lot. Fallon Clinic is located next to a National Guard Armory and across the street from Lake Quinsigamond (425 North Lake Avenue).

From Points East:
Take I-290 West to Exit 22 (Main Street - Shrewsbury/Worcester) and turn right at bottom of ramp. Just before the National Guard armory, take a left onto North Lake Avenue. Fallon Clinic is located 400 yards down on the right, across the street from Lake Quinsigamond (425 North Lake Avenue).

From Points West:
Take I-290 East to Exit 21 (Plantation Street). Drive straight across the street into the parking lot of Fallon Clinic at 630 Plantation Street. Then drive through the parking lot to North Lake Avenue and turn left. Proceed under the I-290 bridge/overpass and take an immediate left into the Fallon Clinic North Lake Avenue parking lot.
